What your child needs to bring for Preschool

- Hat
- Insulated lunch box which your child can easily open. Any perishables eg. ham sandwich or yogurt should be transferred to the Preschool fridge upon arrival.
- Healthy food for morning-tea and lunch. For example sandwich, fruit, biscuits etc. PLEASE NO CHOCOLATES, LOLLIES, or CHIPS.
- Drinks in a large drink container- with water or juice.
- Spare change of clothes.
- Jumper for cool weather.
- Please ensure all of your child’s items are labelled.
- Any enrolment forms to complete your childs enrolment details, this includes signed, completed permission pages as were attached to your letter confirming your childs enrolment.
- Birth certificate to be sighted and a copy taken to keep on file.
- Immunisation History Statement (as provided by ACIR-Australian Childhood Immunisation Register) or Certified Immunisation Exemption form to be sighted and a copy taken to keep on file. If you have not yet received a copy of your childs Immunisation History Statement, parents may bring the 'Blue Book' as evidence until the statement is received. Please note that under the NSW Public Health Act, no child may commence at Preschool without this documentation being provided.
